The gif makes me remember Wang Leehom going "When I say BANG, you say KOK!" over and over during an MTV Asia Awards ceremony years ago. It was so ridiculously easy to put a double meaning.
Our borders aren't really as tight and we give entry a bit easier? the UK has quite a lot of Chinese migrants, students, workers, families, BBC etc. France has quite a difficult visa system, we're less fussy.

spesh if Zhou Mi and Henry actually come it must be easier for Chinese to get in to the UK than the likes of France.
