EXO over BAP for best debut? really? I mean I'm more into EXO fandom and all (because it is a great fandom, with all those fanfictions, and those good looking boys with beautiful fan photos) but MAMA over Warrior? really?
I like EXO (okay just M), but they can't win best debut when they lip synced while Ailee, BAP, Spica promoted more, did variety and so many live performances, I can't tbh.
I don't think Hyuna can win mst overrated when everyone points out she's terrible 24/7.

So was Ailee when she debuted? If Lee Hi had released her single earlier, I think I would've voted for her but for someone like Ailee who comes from a small company, who didn't have as large of a following as Lee Hi already before she debuted, and had gone on a lot these variety shows(+drama), she gets my vote. It seems like she made more of an impact (imo) as a rookie than Lee Hi who already had fans from Kpop Star, and it felt like Lee Hi was just releasing ~another song. Downside to being a fan of a YG artist = we literally only get to see them once in a blue moon lmao

Also LOVE TVXQ, but their Catch Me lives can't really compare to the other nominees. I'd probably vote for them if they sang a ballad, but not for Catch Me.
Sexual assault is way beyond "douchebaggery", so I picked Doojoon. The Open World CEO deserves a category all his own. Jenny Hyun, too. I don't think you can rank racism, but I went for Beast, just because Jenny Hyun is gone away now. Beast are still free to perpetuate their foolishness, and more than likely will. Bill, too, but I'm keeping this about idols. I mean, don't we just love when non-Koreans/non-idols fuck up, so we can ignore oppa's bullshit?
I hardly like half the artists here, so I legit went with who made the most noise, spreading kpop even further, whether I liked them or not. Like, I appreciate Big Bang's grind, and I don't know anyone who went to their shows and were disappointed. Some of my friends are STILL tweeting about the ones in LA. I don't care for them, as a group, myself though (love me some ToDae).
This has been the first time since DBSK that I've loved a kpop group this much. They have amazing vocal ability, live performances, and are uber underrated :'(
