Before Never Mind there was Urban Daisy

Never Mind members G-One (vocals), Chang Ha (Guitar), and INO (drums) used to be in a band called Urban Daisy pre-debut. They were also joined by two others named Hunk (bassit), and J.AR (2nd guitar).

Yeah Shooting Star sounds better in Korean. Lmao. It's interesting that they wrote English songs before though. I keep on reading comments on Youtube with people saying they don't look Korean, they look Thai or South East Asian. I don't know, maybe they're mixed? Their English is very good though.

Seeing as most of the members were together in another band makes me think this isn't just a formulated idol group, and I like that they have history together, minus G-hoon. I wonder how long they were doing the underground circuit for before they got picked up by a company.

They may be mixed? Idk. I know their company is a company that focuses on bridging the gap between Thailand and Korea.

Well I found vids of Urban Daisy performing together as late as April of last year.

Oh and they write and compose their own music.

Urban Daisy? haha alright.

But yeaah i like shooting star in korean haha, the english version just sounds like a typical american-teen-rock song so i find it a bit more special now that's its in a different language xD

And they seemed to do pretty good in the indie/underground scene (:

aawwwww! i wonder why the other two members left?!

this is like CNB and their (super hot) former bassist who was with them in japan until they debuted in korea.

they remind me of ellegarden and one ok rock. which, yeah is jrock, but i dont listen to krock much so i have no korean bands to compare them to!

they somehow remind me of McFly in their early days

Shooting Star in English just reminds me of the stuff I used to listen to, like Allister. I used to be into that kind of pop-punk sound.
