I wasn't sure how to fit it into the sentence since I don't actually know Chinese and thus do not know what i appropriate. Victoria used the same phrase when thanking Zhou Mi in Pinocchio.

OP would like to point out how it is bullshit that the Korean version is in stores but the Taiwanese version/HongKong versions aren't and there isn't physical copies in China? Also that, while you can order the album online, it's still a pre-sale with no confirmed release date, so my 'expected shipping' date is March 3rd. As if it's not enough for it to take them a month to come out with a physical copy, Chinese fans are waiting longer than Korean fans, and international fans/anyone who placed an online order has to wait until March?

on a side note i am so regretting buying the korean album i knew it i should've grab the chinese onengl I ordered all 3 versions. The Korean vers for the charting, the Hongkong for the poster and the Taiwanese for the cards but I am not fucking happy that I'm apparently not getting it until march 3rd so I'm tempted to cancel and maybe wait until shit has actually come out for online order to see if there is a better option. Stupidest release schedule ever?

ah, i should've known breakdown was in a mix of chinese and korean. i thought there was something off about it, but i couldn't figure why.
It's a weird way to do it...
But I think I can see how it'll work out for them. It being available for digital purchase for so much longer than physical is bound to boost the digital sales, then ELF will buy at least one copy of the physical album when it comes out anyway, to have the visual treats that come with it. Loads of people will have already pre-ordered the taiwanese, any physical copy that is available earlier they might be tempted to buy -as well-. Then you'll have people, particularly international fans, that will buy the version that comes with a poster -and- the version hat comes with the photo cards because they want -both- and the album is relatively cheap (most international ELF I know are 16-30 and have at least part time jobs). They are effectively tricking fans that wouldn't usually by multiple copies buy the album at least twice.
I see what they did there, but I don't like it, because the execution just looks unorganised and sloppy, even if it is a devious marketing plan to boost sales by staggering release dates.

i'm with the netizens on the YYJ thing. i've been saying it for a while, the man needs to just take a vacation. it's like Sorry Sorry went to his head and he hasn't been able to get out of that rut. either everything sounds the same or just fresh. not saying Breakdown is breakthrough...but SJ/SJM compositions that are hidden in the album sound better than most YYJ tracks.

I loved the chinese/korean mix mainly because I can hear Min's singing loud and clear =) AND HE LOOKS SO FREAKING PRETTY IN THOSE PICTURES WITH THE PD NOONA! **ugly crying**
I disagree with the general opinion that SJ should sound more like SJM. True, they could improve the music they've been producing lately (although I love SS&F and Mr. Simple is my jam) but isn't the whole point of a sub-unit to do things that are different from the main group? Yeah, sure, SJM sings in chinese, but they have a different sound too and they're able to experiment more because they are a sub-unit.
SJ could take some tips from SJM but to sound like SJM? Nah, no me gusta.

Like the first album, SM wanted to incorporate Henry's violin into the music a lot, that ended up influencing how songs sounded over-all.
They've pretty much always just been 'Super Junior, but in Chinese', the title tracks sounding 'better' is possibly down to SM looking at what other Chinese artists are doing, and trying a similar approach, particularly after Han Geng left and a huge chunk of the Chinese fans left with him. For TWM they needed to court the market all over again, really, so put YYJ away and sourced more songs from European writers because that's what a lot of Taiwanese and Chinese artists are doing at the moment. They also let the members have more input, probably because of the amount of investment they've put into Henry. As he's said, in the times SJM haven't been active and him and Zhou Mi would basically disappear, he's been to university, he's improved his skills in composition, production, editing, he's been making connections with other young, talented composers, musicians and producers and set up a studio. Korean members of SJ have been making similar developments, it's just more apparent in this album because Henry and Zhou Mi have had more time to be more involved, collaborating in September/October and quite possibly negotiating more input throughout.
The difference is mostly in SJ-M having more varied sources for compositions, while SJ more or less get stuck with SM's in-house writers more frequently, and when they do source from European writers, YYJ messes with the song a shitload and it ends up sounding like the rest of his shit. SJ albums also tend to be rushed, while SJ-M have a bit more time.
I don't think this current little ~introduction~ of M is to bring that sub unit into the Korean market. Because SJM is just Super Junior China. If anything, it's a way to bring HenMi into SJ more, because the input they put in to SJM albums is so valuable, because SM has invested so much into them, and because SJ is losing members to military service. It's possible SM could let SJ because a bit more autonomous, they way they have with BoA, in order to focus more on the likes of Exo.
anyways it's feels good to know they're doing good in korea too. I love the fact that henry is this bubbly happy boy yesterday and on mubank too, he's just too cute :3 and awwwww zhoumi, you're thanks to is just too precious <3 henry's too :') and I love how eunhyuk mentioned henry & zhoumi especially..everytime the SJ main group shows the support for them I just get this happy feelings :D
In addition, I guess SM is really weak on digital sales because I tried monitoring their releases non-SJ, after a day of being in the top spot upon its release, it plunges deep down in several charts. I guess it isn't their strength after all, but they're more strong with regards to physical album sales.
