lulz, I get so amused with the show champ backstage interviews where Daehyun's like "my biceps are awesome now! And Zelo has returned a man! <strokes Zelo's chest while Zelo's like :D>" And the other one where Jongup and Daehyun do pushups... I hope that wasn't right before they had to record the stage. >.>;;

This dance is a good workout. I really like the push-up dance part because it inspires me to be better at mine. I don't think people realize how tough this choreography is.
Also, I love how Dae and Jae are dressed so nicely for a dance tutorial. And I want to know what happen to Youngjae's lip. Unless it is all part of the styling to go along with his role in the MV. c:
