5. [+120, -1] I had to rewind the video on YouTube about five times to even find what had happened because they were so natural ㅋ I noticed Onew kicked the mic in the middle in case his team slipped and hurt themselves on it. SHINee's really amazing.

i really only noticed through tumblr gif sets and even then had troubles to see what actually happened until the gif sets became more detailed. i'm so fucking proud of my boys ;~;

minho's micstand broke into pieces when he stepped on it, shinee took care of the stand, the base and other parts to not be in the way of their performance and shoved them away.

It was good to see them deal with something unforeseen in a calm and professional manner. That comes from experience, confidence and knowing how to keep the show going.

Posted the gifs in FFA spam and I'm still impressed by their teamwork and professionalism. They demonstrated this sort of teamwork during the Sherlock era where Tae lost his mic during a performance.

They were really handling the situation well, I loved Onew sneakily slidin the base of the mic stand out of their way.

But one thing, isn't this pre-recorded? Because after Minho breaks the stand and the chorus starts, his stand can be seen standing in the line with the others unbroken. But in the next scene, it's lying in pieces on the floor again.

Maybe they couldn't fix the stand to do a re-take again.

afaik mcountdown was live broadcast...and the gifset in the 4th comment shows every detail of the mishap, while the video from mnet doesn't. so i guess before uploading they cut out/replaced that scene or smth? bc it could be seen on live broadcast. idek anymore..

Shinee get better songs and better music videos while SJ get rushed everything and shitty songs.
SM should leave SJ and let them be more autonomous (write for themselves more, take more time between promotions and actually produce something of quality) and spend more time on their newer groups (F(x) and exo) and their real cash cows in Korea (SNSD and Shinee) and, idk, give them longer promotions since SJ arent that popular in Korea and get more revenue in other areas of asia and from members doing various other gigs. imma sj stan and i'd rather see more Shinee and less SJ, if it meant the stuff from SJ stopped being shit.

They handled it flawlessly.
