He calls Boyfriend member Youngmin "pretty" or something like that, then adds "no gay, no homo" at the end; it's in the first 20 seconds but he says the phrase in English at 0:15

The fact that he feels he has to clarify his sexuality pretty much shows his homophobia. If he had no issue with being gay he wouldn't have felt the need to "clear things up" regardless of how it would be perceived by fans because he would know it is no one's business but his own and it doesn't matter. Obviously the idea of being seen as gay didn't sit well with him so he felt the need to make sure no one would have that impression of him.

Given how boyband fans love skinship anyway, he could have said nothing and no one would have cared at all, lol.
