mimic 22nd-Jun-2012 06:23 pm (UTC)
lol why go to two different cities? 2ne1 is going to L.A. too.
modernabsurdity 22nd-Jun-2012 04:38 am (UTC)
Really tempted to go to the NJ show. :/
turdferguson 22nd-Jun-2012 04:38 am (UTC)
thank god it's at ticketmaster. i called powerhouse earlier and i breathed a sigh of relief
hisjulliet 22nd-Jun-2012 04:49 am (UTC)
what's the official poster for the tour?
hisjulliet 22nd-Jun-2012 04:53 am (UTC)
and will these prices be the same on ticketmaster?
ayumikoshiro 22nd-Jun-2012 04:50 am (UTC)
re-Saving my 500 bucks now for the Big Bang show
samunin 22nd-Jun-2012 04:50 am (UTC)
*stares at my smtown ticket i bought this year*
*stares at prices for 2ne1*
wait so is the floor first come first serve? >.> i hope not D:
seriously once you been on the floor it's like...not the same when you try to sit somewhere else...the floor experience is awesome T-T
i love how i'm talking like i can go when i know i can't afford it LMAO....*cries in corner*
yg you jerks...why couldn't 2ne1 wait next year D: ?!?!
akaich0u 22nd-Jun-2012 05:03 am (UTC)
Seriously, whoever set the ticket prices must've had their ego stroked beforehand. I get that the venues are expensive but if they hope to actually fill them they're gonna have to make seats more affordable (especially when it's probably looking like a decent seat will run for $100, not less). A lot of these fans are still kids asking for their parents' credit cards.
uledy 22nd-Jun-2012 04:58 am (UTC)
I'm sorry, but they're delusional with those ticket prices. No way I'm paying $200 when I know there'll be empty seats for me to jump down into later...it's ridic for a solo concert when sm came with 7+ artists for the same price T_T
peachypie21 22nd-Jun-2012 05:00 am (UTC)
ia. I saw those prices and thought no way.. VIP would have been nice but I there is no way they justify that price for their first tour in the US
inurbed 22nd-Jun-2012 05:05 am (UTC)
omg $300 is too much plus i'm sure it won't be a sold out concert...but i want to go so bad
hipployta 22nd-Jun-2012 05:10 am (UTC)
I'm not feeling the idea of standing for an entire concert so I was planning on getting a SEAT so it seems no VIP soundcheck for me
aleexnews 22nd-Jun-2012 05:11 am (UTC)
300 for VIP package wtf YG?? Does that mean BB's are gonna be like 450-500? Fuck it's so much but idec it's not often I see BB so I'm deff gonna get those if they don't sell out. It's still so much /= it hurts giving that kind of money away
amandaplan 22nd-Jun-2012 05:19 am (UTC)
I kind of want to get VIP but I know there will be empty seats so it'd be like I was getting ripped off plus it doesn't incl. meet&greet.

question: if I get a $50 ticket will it be easy for me to move to a better seat that would have cost more?
_clochette_ 22nd-Jun-2012 05:21 am (UTC)
I feel like the $50 tickets will be on an upper level so probably not, but in the $80-100 range, maybe?
avex_girl 22nd-Jun-2012 01:39 pm (UTC)
IA! I go see an artist named Emilie Autumn every year who does VIP and regular admission tix, her VIP is $75 and gen admission is $15. More bands should follow in her example IMO but I guess there's more profits needing to be made in their case!
fatjackinc 22nd-Jun-2012 05:32 am (UTC)
they done did lost their minds
no_action 22nd-Jun-2012 05:34 am (UTC)
no meet and greet? are you kidding me?

$300! that's 300 junior bacon cheeseburgers.
lainmyownworld 22nd-Jun-2012 05:37 am (UTC)
lainmyownworld 22nd-Jun-2012 05:37 am (UTC)
tempted to go to the show in NJ..
the $50 seat. how bad would that be?
lainmyownworld 22nd-Jun-2012 05:37 am (UTC)
i don't even really like 2NE1, but it would be my first kpop concert~
julietislimited 22nd-Jun-2012 05:50 am (UTC)
this would fit perfectly between Otakon and BigBang but I don't think I could do it. I'm still pressed they didn't come to DC or somewhere a little bit closer.

though I feel for you guys more who live in the middle of the country ;[
turdferguson 22nd-Jun-2012 05:55 am (UTC)
when i called powerhouse i asked if there was a meet and greet with the VIP packages and they said no, which makes the VIP package less appealing to me. there's barely any chances for international fans to meet their faves via fansignings and stuff so, wtf YG. at least with JYP there was a meet and greet when WG and 2PM toured together, so the 150 was well worth it.
hisjulliet 22nd-Jun-2012 06:02 am (UTC)
you got to meet them?
hushmydarling 22nd-Jun-2012 06:15 am (UTC)
i paid $100 to see coldplay in an average seat in a much smaller venue in the city next to mine. no way am i paying double that PLUS travel costs to see them.
patentpending 22nd-Jun-2012 07:12 am (UTC)
I wish K-pop groups would get there heads out of their asses and settle for touring more states in smaller venues so that it's a more accessible and affordable event for more people. Yeah, it would mean more work but they would profit a lot more doing a lot of smaller venues and having slightly more intimate gigs than trying to sell as many tickets they can twice at exorbitant prices. It really sucks that in order to go to these things, a lot of people have to save up for a really long time and have the means to do some major traveling, which is just not feasible for everyone. I mean, Lada Gaga tickets aren't even this much.
charlieu 22nd-Jun-2012 08:09 am (UTC)
That's if they can sell all the smaller venues. They really aren't confident that they can. I was talking to one of the directors after the Google concert and discussing where the possible third location could be, since YG realllly wanted to add a third date, but K-pop concerts don't sell as well as people would think. I was really pushing to add a third in northern california, but i guess it was in vain.
hurtmybones 22nd-Jun-2012 07:31 am (UTC)
I hope after they flop with these prices they decide to lower them for the European dates.
cassie_cloud9 22nd-Jun-2012 07:52 am (UTC)
Lol they sure r smokin some good shit over at yg... >_>
xxmannequin 22nd-Jun-2012 11:25 am (UTC)
omg, lmaoo xD
naturalhonee 22nd-Jun-2012 08:06 am (UTC)
seoul nolza concert vs. this ....it's like 2 extremes. what is going on!? isn't it better publicity to sell out a decent-sized venue? and cheaper tickets will mean that fans are more easily satisfied/happy. win-win imo.

instead, with those prices and large ass venues, concert-goers' expectations are going to be sky-high, and they'll be lucky to fill 3/4 of the available seats.
ms_rancha 22nd-Jun-2012 08:39 am (UTC)
lol have you guys seen the ticket prices here in the philippines? that's a bargain for crying out loud.. with those inclusions?? damnnnnnnn..

during THE PARTY, the VVIP tix is moore expensive without any inclusions and uhm.. with like 8-9 songs only?? damn. youuu asked for it.. don't expect the price to be cheap when there's not much sponsors..
fallingstarryuu 22nd-Jun-2012 08:50 am (UTC)
this is a bargain!? because for me here in Singapore, 300 USD is close to 400 SGD & 200 USD is 250-260+ SGD, the fact that the 2nd tier tickets are more expensive than tickets for best seats here, it's overpriced as hell.
djlancerock 22nd-Jun-2012 01:01 pm (UTC)
lol fuck

gonna wait on this if i go at all :/ i live nearby in NY but dang
