Korean-Singaporean girl group Skarf releases debut MV teaser for “Oh! Dance”

Korea and Singapore have collaborated on the production of a new girl group called Skarf!

On August 9th, Skarf unveiled their debut music video teaser for their title track, “Oh! Dance“, and kicked off official preparations for their debut. Their name indicates the collaboration between Korea and Singapore using ‘scarf’, a popular fashion item, as its base. The S stands for Singapore while the c was switched out with the K for Korea. The group is made up of four members from Korea and Singaporean members.

The 15 second teaser is short but just enough to show the mysterious yet fresh image the girls are going for as goddesses of a forest garden.

Skarf will be making their debut with a showcase on the 14th.

i just commented about this group with my friend, for some reason i really liked the teaser, as short and simple it was, they got my attention, which is not easy since i normally hate most of nugus just because.

we srsly need to have an extensive poll for worst group name ever (maybe 1 poll for each debut year) bc i should be desensitized to bad names by now but 'skarf' made me guffaw pudding onto my keyboard

smh, it was going pretty well until they had to use that ugly ass font family and colour. plus i mean, that group name isn't helping either. who ever thought that was a good idea...?

Fabrics were totally cockblocking, so I couldn't even recognize Ferlyn (she's in the this group right). I'll still keep up for a while because I can't decide if I want to be patriotic or be facepalming. Likewise I can't decide what to feel about singaporeans debuting hmm

Sounds nice but this preview looks like some commercial for perfume or tissue paper, especially the green-blue-yellow font at the end
