GD and Jo Kwon have an "awkward" conversation on Twitter

The conversation began when G-Dragon tweeted to his followers just minutes before the release of his EP ‘One of a Kind‘, writing, “Come here!!! GD countdown live!! 1 minute left.”

After coming across G-Dragon’s post, Jo Kwon congratulated the singer on his new album by tweeting, “Hello :-) As expected, your music and style in this album are amazing ^^ [Good luck] on your promotions.”

G-Dragon tweeted back, “Thank you Mr. Kwon! This is awkward. Fighting…lol.”

Jo Kwon: “Yes!! This is a bit…awkward… Haha. I listened to your album before going to sleep last night. It’s indeed the best, hyung! Let’s become closer~ :-) lol.”

G-Dragon: “Yes. Thanks, and when I get the chance, I’ll give you a CD. Let’s get together~!”

The conversation came to an end with Jo Kwon, saying, “Yes~!! I’ll also bring my CD. Keke. Let’s see each other then.”

Fans who saw their exchange left comments like, “G-Dragon made it more awkward,” “That was cute,” and “They should take a photo together when they do meet.”

who's jokwon? this dude is the dancing king of S.Korea (sorry Jay Park,) or as he's usually known as, the leader of the boy group 2AM. he also just came out with a solo album.

bc they're /not/ close that it's awkward and they never really talk to each other before aside from formal greetings at music shows.

but i like jo kwon for making the move first and made gd all shy~ lol

I think what was awkward was him saying "Mr. Kwon" bc his last name is Kwon. Or maybe it's awkward because they don't know each other?

could be both. but considering how formal Jo Gwon was being/sounded in his first tweet to him (like it's the first time they /really/ talk to each other) i think it's more towards the latter

it's awkward bc they never really talk (i.e. not close) before and they're still on formal basis with each other.

What I find interesting is that Jay is GDYB's Hyung too and Taeyang asked to hang out on Twitter.

So I'm all mentally thinking they may all meet up...Kwonnie was filmed with Jay after a music show so they are good but what will JYP say? Duh duh DAAAA
