[TV Zoom-In] Team B loses on ‘WIN’, it doesn’t mean good-bye forever, right?

[TV리포트=김가영 기자] The grand battles of 10 week came to an end. There were no unexpected twists. Team A, who seized victory twice in the first two battles, once again beat Team B, marking the finale of the long journey. idec because i know that fool is going to troll us in the end and debut both teams. there are way too many people upset that he has to do something to calm them down. if he leaves it like this then team A has no chance. I'm just waiting for the moment he starts to media play because it will happen soon. i give it a week before he announces he will also debut team b due to public response. if so, i hope they keep the team a and team b names tbh.

All excellent points

I just don't see the point of throwing any of these kids under the bus. They all worked hard and at the end of the day, I doubt an article like this makes either team feel better.
canxi 27th-Oct-2013 09:25 pm (UTC)
I agree.
pimpmysneaks 27th-Oct-2013 11:43 am (UTC)
YG giving his kids the "you're not GD" treatment? Nothing new here
vikihpnerd 27th-Oct-2013 11:48 am (UTC)
Thanks for pointing that out! So many articles out there are about..."Oh that's too bad Team B won...they were so talented" and then at either the beginning or the end of the article: "Team A won the show as WINNER" as an aside note....hello..? Shouldn't we be promoting WINNER instead of comparing them to how Team B did better but lost anyway? Geez...way to promote them...or maybe the writer at YG-life is a Team B fan.

Half of the show was genius but now Yg will have to deal with the stuff that comes afterwards, and that is there's no hell hath fury like a kpop fan scorned. Team A v Team B will never end, ever.

Is there really a need to whine? At the end of the day, it's A that is releasing songs tmr & performing at the dome isnt it?
karmin90 27th-Oct-2013 12:48 pm (UTC)
Both teams are talented and none of Team B is going to leave the company because YG is not going to lose that money. Arguing the merits of each is pointless in the end because they're both great in different ways. Apples to oranges.

I hope he dies.

you're just sick and sad
opd_devil 27th-Oct-2013 01:22 pm (UTC)
This is stupid. Fucking feel horrible for team A tbh. This actually makes me like them even more cause yg is being a jerk to them for releasing this article.
ninja_starshine 27th-Oct-2013 01:59 pm (UTC)
fuck this article and yg life for publishing it, i hate that they're playing the sympathy card with team b so that it overshadows team a's actual win

like is team a winning all three rounds of public votes not enough to justify that the public like them more? and this author really needs to get with the times because it's clearly not about the kang seungyoon/seunghoon effect, the "personal stories" idea was originally done by team a in officially missing you and their dance choreography was far from tranquil, it's called storytelling

it's so sad because i think team a deserves every bit of their success and so many people are already trying to ruin it for them

ugg, he's so biased ! If he didn't like team A , he shouldn't have made this show and let the public decide!
team A won and I'm glad!

I can never understand when people blame YG for WINNER's content, especially since there's a producer in Mnet editing it. And although this is about YG and his trainnee, MNET is going to pick the most emotional and the most interesting shot in the show. They need to make money and make it appealing to the audience. Heck, look at American idol or those American reality shows. They're always showing the bad side because they know that's going to appeal to the audience and make them tune in to the show. So, blaming YG... I laugh at you.

Also this debate about people saying there was favoritism for Team A. Yeah, the earlier episode of WIN showed A team members but did you guys not watch the whole show? Did you forget Jin Hwan's story and how the three B members went to his place and talked about their struggle? Did you guys somehow missed Yung Hyeong's tearful letters to his hyung? or Dong Hyuk's visit to his dad? How about Bobby's heartfelt skype conversation with his mom? Was that forgotten too? Yeah, there was that long ass episode of Jinwoo and his dad but after that show and where he humiliated himself with YG vs JYP trainee, he's basically now in the back burner because he got boring fast. I mean, look at Seung hoon. He was barely covered in Team A because he was boring.

And yes, I laugh at all this debate and fight between WINNER fans and Team B fans. People get over yourselves. WINNER is already going out there to promote and will tour with GD and a single coming out with their self-composed songs (not many trainees or artist can do that) and Team B are being prepped out to debut also. So calm your titties down.

Also, all these blaming YG that his artist are never going to debut and will be training for years and locked in their basement, therefore all his trainees and artist should move to so and so....did people somehow also forgot that some of the KPOP stars signed in to different labels and to this day, have not debuted as well? *looks at JYP's direction as an example* Or even those that debuted fast. Those artist kind of disappeared and was never heard from to International fan's eyes. (I'm sure they're promoting themselves in Korea and are in some variety shows that we never heard from).

Last, I know you guys don't see it since you're only aware of Music shows and things that are released as an album but Akdong Musician are very much active still and are promoting themselves. Same with 2ne1. There's no album or singles in sight but the girls are still going around performing to the public. (ugh, I want new song) Same with Epik High despite Tablo's broken arm. Even with Seung ri, even though his album flopped and you don't see him, he's very active in Japan and has his own show. Just because we international fans don't see it...doesn't mean that they're not spread out promoting themselves.

Why people keep saying that Team A got more Screntime than B. only episode they got more screan time was ep 1 and from then on it was everything about BobyBI. team a did not even get screan time in the last ep. if you don't know team b backup dance it's not bc of Team a but bc of Bobby/Bi.

About YG. well man if you likes BI more than Team a too bad for you because the public want otherwise, this is like his obsession with CL, you can like her better but, Bom solo >>>>>>>>>>> your favorite.

About 2ne1 favoring B, I can understand them, they connect with them while A already can debut without teddy+yg choreographers, producers the girls can't write or produce shit even with almost 5 years in kpop, oh also poor little things they are older than DBSK and the boys have 10 year in the business while they idol liek is already over. I blame YG though.
amandaa23 28th-Oct-2013 09:34 am (UTC)
woow, is shading 2ne1 really necessary?
and people say that team a got more screentime because there a backstory was given to all 5 members,
when for team b it was only really bobby, bi and jinhwan.

fyi b.i and bobby in team b can write and produce songs too if ur gonna play that game
