Korea's latest trend: Calf Reduction Sugery

Attractive calves are desirable to people of all cultures. Unfortunately, thick, short, and overly muscular calves, a condition known as "radish calves" or "radish legs," are more common in Asian women.

A large calf may be considered an aesthetic problem by women who find it awkward to wear certain clothes like short skirts or swimsuits. Bulky calves can also make the legs look shorter, and short height is a common point of employment discrimination in the Orient.

Popular Asian media seems so obsessed with long, thin legs that computer-manipulated ads not uncommonly appear comically distorted.

Nice to know everyone in Omona enjoys walking. Too bad we don't live near each other. We could stroll around the neighborhood singing kpop songs at the top of our lungs.

Srsly though wtf? I may not love my body 100% but I'd rather try natural, safe, healthy methods to improve it. And if that doesn't work then screw it >.>not worth it

If only Korea would spend the amount of money now spent on plastic surgery on psychiatric help instead. People would probably be a lot happier that way.

I have some huge ass calves. Manwhore aka my neurobiology tutor/friend has commented on how big they are. He says he knows a few of his gym buddies that would want calves like mine. Yeah I felt like socking him afterwards.
I mean you just can't not (double negative) stare at them. Whenever I wear shorts or shirts it's like there's a sign pointing to them saying 'Look at them, look at them!!' Everyone in my family has big calves. Damn you, genetics, damn you.

As much as I hate my big ass calves I wouldn't have surgery to reduce them. That's not for me.
