CL's father on daughter

With eyes filled with wonder and jealousy [I] asked how it felt to be the father of the famous hot topic group 2NE1's leader, CL, and he said it is so cool. He did not go against his daughter's dream and thought it was rather cool for her to do something in an area which he had never touched before. The professor had gone to the US recently and for his daughter he bought two trunk-bags(?), red and yellow, as a present for his daughter and is currently waiting to meet her so he could give them to her. He also said that they both are very busy and send texts to each other once in a while. He said that Chaerin has Chaerin's life and he wishes that their relationship becomes one that encourages and challenges each other [to be better]. The professor also states that he is proud of Chaerin for confidently living in her "generation"'s time.

Korea Challenges Blizzard with Adults-Only StarCraft II Rating

All is not fine and dandy for Blizzard's presumed sci-fi blockbuster in Korea.

StarCraft II, the sequel to the Korean national phenomenon, has recently been slapped with an Adults-Only rating by the Korean Games Rating Board. The rating, which is less than ideal for developer Blizzard, brands StarCraft II as a game only for those 18-and-older, and was possibly influenced by StarCraft's massive popularity in the country.

Supernova - All About U Preview

You can't really hear the new song itself, but you can get a glimpse of the music video. It looks like the music video will actually have a plot! It doesn't mention anything about the other two songs, but I'm guessing the plot will stretch out over all three music videos. Who else is excited for Supernova's three new singles?

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

We reported earlier last week that Lee Jung Hyun would be making her comeback this April.

But it looks like it could be delayed to May after she had fainted during the filming of her title track music video.

An official revealed that Lee Jung Hyun had been filming at a Yangpyung studio when she collapsed due to fatique on the 17th. She was sent back home for a rest but was later warded at a local hospital after her condition failed to improve.

Lee Jung Hyun had been filming for more than 30 hours since the 16th before fatique finally set in. She has been known to have a weak body condition.

The official concluded that Lee Jung Hyun should be discharged on the 18th and she will rest for 1 – 2 days at home before resuming work.

The official expressed that this will not disrupt her comeback schedule as she had been working on it for the past two month.

TVXQ 3 Members Unit, “They’re more like victims… There is no legal issue.”

TVXQ members who are in dispute with SM Entertainment regarding exclusive contract issue; Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun are forming a three members unit in Japan.

According to the news aired by KBS 2TV ‘Entertainment Tonight’ on the 17th, Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun are forming three members unit to explore new activities.

Official from TVXQ Japan agency, AVEX said, “The three members Junsu, Jaejoong, and Yoochun are already decided to form a new unit. The three will be active by continuing with new exclusive contract from AVEX.”

Regarding this, TVXQ agency SM Entertainment which had been appealed by the three TVXQ members related to exclusive contract provisional injunction, promptly filed a lawsuit in claiming for damages worth 2.2 billion won as expression of their strong regret.

However, AVEX official through conversation with ‘Entertainment Tonight’ retorted, “I think the 3 members are more like the victims here. Anyway, we’re done preparing for the compensation of damages. We did this (the Japan contract) because the situation allows us to make a contract. We see no legal problem at all.”

Despite the plagiarism controversy that surrounded their Korean debut track I’m a Loner in early 2010, indie rock boy band CNBLUE has gained a fanbase large enough to secure their rise to fame and success.

They have remained relatively low-key lately, aside from CNBLUE leader Jung Yonghwa’s regular appearance as the on-screen husband of SNSD’s Seohyun in MBC We Got Married.

However, fans have some eye candy to look at with the release of CNBLUE’s official photos from the Nii photoshoot.

In a sunny, beach setting, the members unveiled a casual, summer look wearing polos and jeans. Not only is CNBLUE talented, they are a good-looking bunch too.

Korea Times Music Festival '10 Guest List Announced to be Final

Source: KMF Official Facebook page

Slightly old news, as this was announced on Friday, but who paid attention to their Faceboobs, right?
In other words, Beast was not the "next" guest, but the "last" guest to be announced.

So, was the $100 price hike worth it, guys? I'm a shameful SM stan, so you can predict my feelings atm.
