The February issue of Marie Claire Korea gives us the graceful beauty that is Lee Young Ae.
The actress, whose smooth complexion always leaves me in awe, shines as she models silky, light-colored hanboks some of which have a modern appeal. Her feature promotes her SBS documentary Lee Young Ae’s Dinner, which is scheduled to air on Lunar New Year’s Day.
The documentary focuses on Lee throwing a traditional Korean dinner for diplomats and famous Korean artists at Samcheonggak restaurant in Seoul. She introduces guests to each dish, explaining its background and meaning.
I've never been a fan of Lee Young Ae/ Jewel in the Palace but she's so very stunning in this shoot that I had to share it, especially with the previous post about the declining popularity of traditional costumes.

Vidan is a five-membered "girl group" from Mirrorball Music that plays traditional Korean instruments, consisting of GoEun (percussion), SungAh (gayageum), HyoEun (haegum), Eunjung (vocals/pansoori) and Bicna (daegum). Their music videos are considered "Korean heritage documentary concerts", because they also function as interactive information about Korean treasures (the videos have been released in English, Korean and Russian formats). Their first album is titled "Opening New Age", and they've released videos for the title track, "Whispers of Love: Chung-Hyang's Story", "Waltz Of Moonlight" and "Standing On The Bow".

OP note: These women are *fantastic*. The vocals in "Opening New Age" made my jaw literally drop. I apologize for any errors with the members' names, as there is little to no information in English about them, and I had to run things through a translator. Also, edited to take a different photo (as my original one was not showing up) and a few grammar/coding issues.
Actor Kim Soo Hyun is in the midst of filming for SBS drama “Man from the Stars.” A representative from his agency, Key East Entertainment, gave an update on his recent condition. Filming takes place Monday through Sunday, and Kim Soo Hyun gets very little sleep. The representative said, “He had a CF lined up as well, so he filmed the CF and then went right back to the drama set at night. It is practically impossible to leave the drama set. Kim Soo Hyun plays an alien who came to earth 400 years ago, so he has to film scenes from the Joseon dynasty as well, so he has a really tight schedule.”

As the MC of the new KBS 2TV variety program, “Music Show,” SHINee‘s Jonghyun revealed that he has the tendency to buy a new phone after a breakup.
On January 31, KBS 2TV aired their pilot program, “Music Show” that featured a topic about breaking up with girlfriends.
On that day, Yoon Se Yoon asked Jonghyun , “Do you erase all your photos after you breakup with your girlfriend?” to which Jonghyun replied, “For me, I just buy another cellphone.”
Yoon Se Yoon joked, “Then do you have all of them leftover?” indicating that Jonghyun might have his own stash of cellphones he has used.
Jonghyun seemed a bit caught-off guard by the suggestion, but then explained that he wanted to preserve the phone as a means of treasuring the memories he shared with his ex-girlfriend.
When asked if Jonghyun would be okay with his future girlfriend learning this fact, he said, “No, that can’t happen. I feel like it’s only polite not to tell the next person about that fact.”
he was so cute on the show. and he sounds like a hoarder, lol.
omona, what do you do after a break-up?
Former Wonder Girls member turned solo singer Sunmi will be making her official comeback in mid February.
As the singer had her official solo debut last August with her hit song, “24 Hours,” many have come to anticipate the new song. According to entertainment insiders, the sexy singer is set to release a mini album with about five to six tracks. With her title song produced by Park Jin Young, Sunmi is expected to once again make headlines with an upgraded and more mature performance.
Last year, Wonder Girls’ member Ye Eun had mentioned in Wonder Girls’ fancafe about her participation in Sunmi’s upcoming album. Ye Eun had written, “I am thinking of genuinely striving to produce music. One of my songs will be featured in Sunmi’s upcoming album. This time, I worked with composer Lee Woo Min to produce the song, and you will be able to hear Sunmi’s powerful vocals.”
A representative of Sunmi also commented, “We are trying to make her comeback within the month of February. Currently we are making final adjustments to the song, and preparing for an eye catching performance that is an upgrade from ’24 Hours.’”
With Sunmi’s comeback in February, the singer is bound to face some fierce competition. Sexy group Brown Eyed Girls’ member Ga In plans to release her solo album on February 6, while it was also reported that veteran girl group Girls’ Generation would be making their official comeback by the end of February.
We can’t wait to hear Sunmi’s new song, and watch her powerful and sexy performance!

The PV was uploaded a while ago, but I noticed that it hadn't been posted here. I love the choreography, but I wish that the dancing was a little more in sync... then again, the dancers in the demo were all over the place lol. btw they used the same choreographer from 'Heaven'.
