Kim Soo Hyun leaves KeyEast

KeyEast Entertainment has announced that they will be parting ways with actor Kim Soo Hyun with the conclusion of their exclusive contract.

On December 31, the agency released an official statement regarding the actor’s departure and it reads as follows:

Hello, this is KeyEast.
We wish to notify you that as of today, our exclusive management contract with Kim Soo Hyun, who has been with KeyEast for 10 years since 2010, has come to an end.
We wish to express our gratitude to Kim Soo Hyun for growing with KeyEast since his rookie days.
Though our exclusive management contract has ended, we will continue to cheer on Kim Soo Hyun, who we know will keep shining in dramas and films as an actor.
We ask for your unchanging love for Kim Soo Hyun in the future.
Thank you.

Reports of Kim Soo Hyun leaving the agency had initially surfaced in July after his military discharge, and earlier this month, there was an additional report that Kim Soo Hyun would be leaving the agency to set up a one-man agency, which has not been confirmed as of yet.

We wish Kim Soo Hyun all the best!
