It will be an observation reality show by Mnet that follows the process of next generation K-pop artists being born. The program will combine CJ ENM’s content production capabilities and Big Hit Entertainment’s artist producing know-how, showing the process of participants competing against and working with each other.
It was also recently announced that Namgoong Min will be joining the show as the storyteller. “I-LAND” is set to premiere in June.
In November 2019, Jung Joon Young, Choi Jong Hoon, and three other individuals were charged with aggravated rape. Choi Jong Hoon and “Kim” received five-year prison sentences and Jung Joon Young received a six-year prison sentence. “Heo” received a sentence of eight months, suspended for two years, and “Kwon” received a sentence of four years. Both the defendants and the prosecution appealed the verdict, leading to a new round of hearings starting February 2020.
On May 12, the Seoul High Court led by head judge Yoon Jong Gu gave the sentencing for the appeal trial. This was originally scheduled to take place on May 7 but was delayed after Choi Jong Hoon and Jung Joon Young’s lawyers submitted a request to delay the sentencing date. Choi Jong Hoon and “Kim” reached an agreement with the victim after court proceedings, and Jung Joon Young was in the process of reaching an agreement with another victim, with their lawyer also agreeing to the delay.
At the sentencing that took place, Choi Jong Hoon had his original sentence reduced from five years in prison to two years and six months. Jung Joon Young’s six-year sentence was reduced to five years. They will also have to undergo 80 hours of a sexual violence treatment program and will face a five-year restriction on employment at facilities related to children, adolescents, and the disabled.

A source from the agency shared, “TREASURE’s debut in July has been confirmed along with BLACKPINK’s comeback in June. We will announce the exact date and related information to fans before anyone else. We thank all of their fans for waiting for so long.”
On May 10, Shuhua was on V Live talking with fans when she noticed a malicious comment directed towards her. She read out the comment that said, “There’s something on your face. It’s ugliness.” Scanning it over again, she asked herself, “Did I read that wrong?”
She then paused for a moment before loudly saying, “Wow, wow!” She addressed the commenter as she asked, “You wouldn’t happen to be the same one as last time, right? The one who said that to Soojin.” She then said, “Are you crazy? Seriously. Leave, then! Don’t watch this! Seriously. You’re putting me in a bad mood. Get out, then!”
She frowned at the screen before saying, “Personally, I’m fine. It doesn’t hurt me. But if you say that to other people, it causes pain! It makes no sense. If you said that to my friend, it would hurt me too! If my family saw that, they’d be hurt, you know! Seriously.”
She said, “I’m okay. I’m not hurt, it’s just… If you do that to my friend, I’m not going to let you off easy! For real.”
After the Itaewon club COVID-19 case came out, people were running wild with rumors which celebrities were in the club. Jokwon even threatened to sue a commenter who accused him of being there. There was also sth about trolls accusing Key, Jungkook and Eunwoo of being there, but i don't know more about it.

'Everybody's Talking About Jamie' (Korean title '제이미/Jamie') is a British musical inspired by the documentary 'Jamie: Drag Queen at 16' by Jenny Popplewell. It has music by Dan Gillespie Spells and book and lyrics by Tom MacRae. The musical follows Jamie, a gay sixteen-year-old from a Sheffield council estate, who dreams of becoming a drag queen, and the challenges that someone from his background faces in daily life.
The musical premiered at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield on 13 February 2017. It finished its short run on 25th February 2017 and reopened in the West End, at the Apollo Theatre, from 6th November 2017 with most of the Crucible cast reprising their roles. The British production has seen limited run castings of Rupaul's Drag Race winner Bianca Del Rio and Drag Race judge Michelle Visage. A film adaptation is scheduled to be released in October this year.
The Korean version is scheduled to run from 4th July to 11th September at the LG Arts Centre in Gangnam. Today posters were revealed for the four actors taking on the role of Jamie; 2am's Jo Kwon, NU'EST's Ren, Astro's MJ, and musical actor Shin Jae Hyup.
I'm ecstatic for Ren, he was born to play this role. However I'm really intrigued as to how they're going to translate the class issues/accents/little bits of northern flavour that are so important to this musical's identity.
The Takeout is a brand new series from First We Feast, where rapper, actor, and comedian Dumbfoundead catches up with his friends while eating copious amounts of delivery food.
On the series premiere, Dumb links up with international pop star Jay Park for a cross-cultural feast via video chat. Calling in from Seoul, South Korea, Jay orders a smorgasbord of American-style fast-food from his upstart restaurant chain, Famous Burger, while Dumb gets down on a few Korean comfort food-classics from Jun Won in L.A.
Over their meals, Dumb and Jay discuss everything from the challenges facing the burger business to COVID-19's impact on the music industry as a whole. Is this episode an interview, or just a good ol' fashioned bro date? Order some takeout, support your favorite local restaurant, and find out.
I like this idea. You could also watch the episode at the Complex source.
The show celebrates Children’s Day. With the help of friends, Heejoon brings Jam Jam’s favorite character to life. Nap time was so precious! She’s so sweet. Kyungmin decides to give the kids a day with both mom and dad. Then Yeonwoo gives his family gifts in return. Once again we’re reminded that Haoh is smarter than his dad lol. Gary then takes him to a toy store, and Haoh was indecisive for a reason. So sweet! William is very proud of his bug boy undies lol. And Ben goes on his first errand! OMG I love it so much lol! I rewatched him getting lost in the maze like 5 times lol. He’s very chill but also a quick thinker, like with the water.
The girls, while preparing for their comeback ‘More & More’ out on June 1st, they also have released a dance practice of ‘Feel Special’ with all 9 members :) A YT channel put them together side by side with the original dance practice that was without Mina.
Also under the cut is Mina’s MBTI results, she got ISFP-T: the Adventurer, just like Jihyo!

Suddenly back in each other’s lives, Ji Soo and Jae Hyun have been granted a rare opportunity to start over. But can two people really separated by so many years and experiences, really reignite a flame that flickered out so many years ago?
