Flashback Friday

Every week I check out the charts for this day in the past and post the top three songs. Then I pick out two more from the top ten as honorable mentions. This week, we are going back to the 4th week of February, 2012. I’ve had a long week and totally forgot it was Friday lol.

#3 Davichi “Will Think Of You”
This was a digital single that was released as a collaboration with composer Jeon Hae Sung. It was a part of his “Love Call” series of releases that he worked on with other artists. The duo have worked with him for their huge hit “Don't Say Goodbye”. This song would peak at the second spot and also sell very well.

German radio host makes racist comments towards BTS

Insert picture description

On Tuesday, BTS covered Coldplay' "Fix You" for their MTV Unplugged session and a German radio host who didn't like the cover, decided to lash out on-air, comparing the Korean group to Covid-19, a virus which killed 2.5 millions of people. He also mentioned sending them to North Korea for this "sacrilege" and added that he was not a racist person because his car was Korean (spoiler alert: it's not, it's Japanese).
