Kim Jung Hyun Writes Letter Of Apology

Kim Jung Hyun has released a handwritten letter of apology regarding his behavior while filming the 2018 drama “Time,” which he starred in with Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun.

At the time, Kim Jung Hyun had only been criticized for his behavior at the drama’s press conference. Recently, Dispatch published a report stating that several scenes in the drama that included physical contact between Kim Jung Hyun and Seohyun had been modified or removed from the script. Dispatch further revealed text messages shared between Kim Jung Hyun and Seo Ye Ji, his girlfriend at the time. The conversations suggested that Seo Ye Ji was manipulating Kim Jung Hyun into avoiding contact with female staff and actors including his co-star and telling him to change the script accordingly.

On April 13, Seo Ye Ji’s agency issued a statement admitting that she and Kim Jung Hyun had been dating at the time, but they denied that Seo Ye Ji was the cause behind Kim Jung Hyun’s behavior. The agency stated that Kim Jung Hyun would be sharing a separate statement soon.

Kim Jung Hyun’s letter was released the next day on April 14. Read the full letter below:

Actor Yeo Jin-goo has been paving his way through acting since he was eight, building up an extensive portfolio ― 20 series, and 16 films ― by the age of 24.

But it wasn't until very recently that he has grown confident in his style of acting, through the lead role in JTBC's crime thriller, "Beyond Evil," which ended with its highest viewing rating of 6 percent of viewers subscribed to television services nationwide, Saturday.

SM Makes Statement On Video Of Staff Allegedly Taking Inappropriate Photo Of aespa’s Winter

SM Entertainment has made an official statement responding to fan concerns about a recent video of aespa’s Winter.

On April 14, some fans pointed out online that in a recent behind-the-scenes video of aespa at a magazine photo shoot, a man appears to be taking a photo of Winter without her knowledge. The video shows the man using his phone before walking behind Winter and briefly pausing while standing near her, and the fans asserted that he can be seen turning his phone’s camera app on beforehand.

Later that day, SM Entertainment attempted to clarify the situation by stating, “The individual who appeared in the video in question is the photographer who was in charge of the photo shoot, and we have confirmed that he didn’t do anything that warrants misunderstanding.

The agency continued, “Winter also enjoyed posing for the photo shoot at the time, and she says there was nothing upsetting nor any situations that could warrant misunderstanding on the set. We are grateful to the fans who worried about her, and we hope there will be no more misunderstandings.”

The video in question can be found below (the man accused of photographing Winter without her knowledge appears on the left around 8:56).
