YG Ent using YT's copyright system to take down videos criticizing Jennie's lackluster performances

Criticism on YG and Jennie is valid, hate towards her not. Stay on the right side Omona!

Lazy doesn't seem like the appropriated word to me anyway
She doesn't have an once of charisma that's one thing but she also seems overworked, bored and disillusioned

I also really thing the image YG is forcing on her doesn't suit her
She's a cutie, she shines the most when she interacts with fans (or food); when she's smiles
Which are things YG doesn't really let her do
She IS not the new CL and she should not have to be
YG pushing this mature/sexy image on her is gross and I honestly think she doesn't like it

this, i totally agree

she lacks very much as a performer and an artist
but indeed, she shines when she can just be her cutie self, like when i saw her on running man, she was brilliant and (apart from when she cried) she was obviously having a good time, that's the jennie i want to see, that's when she's pretty and able to shine, when she smiles the whole world lights up
i can not see why YG doesn't see that
just let her do the things she likes and money will come their way, because she's pretty and likeable, but only when she's having fun - otherwise she seems bored and arrogant

right she's such a cute baby when she laughs
The BTS for 'Solo' was more entertaining than the MV itself
Let her be cute, damn it!

Ia, I feel like she's just in a "nopenopenope mode" and people should wonder exactly why instead of hating on her.

yeah i was so surprised when i heard her speaking voice for the first time. her voice and mannerisms definitely suit a cutesy concept more

this this this I wish YG would stop pushing this whole concept on her when she's clearly suited for something else.

MTE.
Blackpink as a whole don't suit the strong female image that 2NE1 had. They suit softer, cute concepts like AIIYL, Forever Young, Stay.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. Personally, I just can‘t take their strong female image seriously, but liked all their softer releases. Looking at how they act on camera and stuff, they‘d probably nail a cute girlgroup concept better.

ia at all of this. BP definitely suits the carefree youth image more.

tbh i don't like jennie (it's really a very personal point of view lol i know it's subjective) but i was SHOCKED by a video i saw of her in a fansign. she was cute and nice and honest and open..and Alive. i had only seen her performances before that so i felt like i was seeing someone else.

obviously it's not about her being lazy necessarily (i agree w you. i don't think she has charisma lol) but she's probably the type of person who can't really fake happiness and her misery (?) is just slipping through the cracks

I mean I'd agree but her being cute doesn't correlate to her as a performer. CL as always the cutest one in 2ne1 off stage, the one with most aegyo everyone always said so and we saw it on 2ne1 TV. I don't think she should steer away from tough/fierce image on stage (she can mix it up of course) but she needs to let it come naturally through experience and loads of live performances. I mean Hayi was ripped apart here when she debuted. I remember it clearly. People were on her case how she lacks charisma or how she's faking trying to be fierce and how she'll never be a good performer cause she doesn't have that naturally, but look at her now, she's amazing on stage and she doesn't even dance. Some things can come with time and experience and if that's the image she's most comfortable on stage she should just let it come naturally.

Her dancing tho, she needs to start working on that again and not slack off anymore.
