I listened to the leak and it sounds basically exactly like a more poppy version of Euphoria. At least it's a bit more upbeat I think. But nothing to be excited about (at least for me). Melanie Fontana needs to go away and she can take DJ Swivel with her, he's also on a track apparently.

I think DJ Swivel (and Melanie Fontana) worked on Mikrokosmos. I think I saw that there are some new writers on some of the other tracks so maybe we'll get something good there.

I like euphoria so that sounds good to me...

I'm not a huge fan of Euphoria, it sounds okay but it's really generic to me and kind of cheesy, melody-wise, so I'm a bit :/ at all of this. I feel like we keep getting music that should be Jungkook's solo stuff instead of BTS' stuff, this type of poppy EDM only suits some members (or at least BH seems to think so), it's not great for the rap features, etc. rap line feels shoehorned in in their latest title tracks, when they used to be the most important part of BTS' signature sound.

Wooooooooooooow this whole comment sums up my thoughts about their recent music. I like Euphoria, but as a Jungkook track. It's definitely not something that works for the whole group.

I wonder if BH made TxT specifically because they feel rapline has held BTS back from having a wider public appeal? Everything about TxT seems designed to be as public friendly as possible (I don't mean that as an insult). But that doesn't make sense since Big Bang has a ton of hits Korea loves that fully utilize their rappers. It doesn't make sense from a western perspective either since hip-hop is bigger than ever right now...EDM influenced stuff definitely isn't as big as it was a few years ago.
