Yooon Jisung enlists in military

Yoon Ji Sung is the first from Wanna One to begin his military service! On May 14, Yoon Ji Sung arrived at the recruit training center in Hwacheon County of Gangwon Province to begin his basic training.

He smiled brightly and greeted the fans and reporters who were waiting on site. When asked about how he feels, he responded, “It’s hard to say how I feel because it hasn’t really hit me yet. The weather is nice though, so that is a relief. I feel good.”

Yoon Ji Sung continued by sharing that he is not worried and that he is thankful because many acquaintances contacted him to show support.

To conclude, he said to his fans BABAL, “You don’t have to worry. Our BABAL know that I eat and live well. I am really okay, but I am a little worried that our BABAL will be bored. If you watch my content and such during that time, I think one and a half years will pass very quickly, so please wait for me well."

Yoon Ji Sung’s official Twitter account shared two selfies with the caption, “As always, let’s meet again while smiling.”

Yoon Ji Sung is set to release a special single for fans on May 19. He will complete four weeks of basic training and then continue as an active duty soldier with his assigned service.

Wishing Yoon Ji Sung a safe service!

Yeah. The next one would be Sungwoon, but he's '94 so he still has 2-3 years to go.

I wonder if it's weird for him and Daniel to be friends (or if they even are?) with all the LM Entertainment drama? For all we know, Jisung may be in the same position except with his enlistment he just had to roll with it if he wanted to make some solo $$$ before enlisting?
