SBS's action-thriller drama "Vagabond" has got off to a good start, with its first two episodes aired on Friday and Saturday garnering over 10 percent viewership.

The big-budget series, starring singer-actors Suzy and Lee Seung-gi, also was the most watched program in the 10-11 p.m. time slot. According to Nielsen Korea, it gained ratings of 10.4 and 10.3 percent, respectively.

The drama revolves around a stuntman-turned-taxi driver Cha Dal-geon (Lee), who uncovers a major conspiracy against the state following a tragic airline crash that claims the life of his nephew, among others. Suzy assumes the role of Go Hae-ri, an agent of the National Intelligence Service (NIS).

The show is also available on Netflix.

This is the second time the pair has co-starred in a TV series. In 2013, they featured in MBC's "Gu Family Book."

Lee, 32, shot to fame as a singer with his smash-hit "Because You're My Woman" in 2004. He has also appeared in dozens of dramas including "Brilliant Legacy" (2009).

Suzy, 25, debuted as a member of K-pop girl group miss A in 2010. She began her acting career in the KBS 2TV drama "Dream High" (2011).
