Ok so Jimin did THAT. I'm glad she's getting to show why she's one of the best idol rappers out there. There was something missing from the AOA Cream section though...maybe more aegyo? Cuter outfits? I think it's a decent song but they needed to go a little further with the concept. Not like, full Orange Caramel but closer to that. When I think "cutie sexy" concept I think of like, U Go Girl or even Lion Heart, but this perf was neither that cute nor that sexy lol

I think MMM's perf was their best on this show so far. First off, I Miss You is one of their best songs. Second, pandering to their fans was actually a really smart move since it's one of the advantages they have over the other groups. I think I like them best when they're more "stripped down" and staying in their lane so to speak.

I expected to be gagged by G-idle based on how ppl were hyping it up. But I found myself more impressed with the back-up dancers than the members lol. Ig it just felt too similar to their Latata perf. With a horror concept I wanted some kind of plot/story to the choreography but it didn't seem like there was one, just them stumbling around while bloody.

Okay I'll do this in order of performance:

G-IDLE did fine, but it didn't really blow me away. Idk if it's because I'm five years older than her but I find Soojin's attempts at sexy kind of too much? Occasionally cringy? But that's just me.

Echoing the previous comment in saying that this is MAMAMOO's best performance on the show. They're amazing when it's just them and their voices.

For AOA, I feel like I'm Jelly Baby was a bit ambiguous in execution? It was very colorful though, and I'm happy we got a 2019 version :'( But man, the standout was truly Jimin. She looks better(?) happier(?) compared to the previous episodes, where she looked a bit down. You can tell that she really missed performing on stage, and I hope that FNC really takes this opportunity to give the girls more activities.

I've got a bit more than five years on Soojin and I love her With these younger girls of course they're not going to quite have that confidence and ease that an established performer has, but I would much rather have someone like Soojin (or Soyeon, or BP Lisa, or WKMK Yoojung) who falls into the trap of overdoing it and will be able to learn with experience how to fine tune that performance, than other idol performers who are bland or expressionless on stage (in this group, Miyeon) and are much more unlikely to bring their performance up to a professional level. I don't disagree with you that sometimes she does too much but it's not enough to change my enjoyment of their performances.

Fair enough, and I'll admit that she does elevate their performance with her energy and her expressions. Queendom is the first time I've actually watched any G-IDLE performance, so perhaps it will grow on me with time.

I can absolutely see where it's a turn off for some people! Their normal concepts don't quite require her to do this level of emoting, if anything both her last two stages have been different from the norm, so you might actually enjoy their regular performances more.

I'll keep that in mind. Thanks, I'll go check them out!

I really liked all 3 stages last night. MMM are really good singers. AOA always gives me very lovely stages so its kinda frustrating to see that they don't rate so high in the competition (I know I said I don't really care much about the rankings but I just saw how AOA reacted to their ratings last night). Jimin was sooooo hot! I wish AOA's stage went a bit longer. I loved (G)I-DLE's stage. Theatrical and the fiery look in their eyes were awesome.

MMM really blew me away with the vocals, like yes they usually sound so on point but wow, they really do have amazing vocals.

Jimin>>>>>>AOA Cream. Home girl was bringing it! She has such a huge stage presence! Come through top madame! AOA Cream was just alright, I have always liked the song but Yuna, Chanmi and Hyejong have never had the strongest stage presence so their performance fell a little flat. Though I will admit that Chanmi has been looking livelier these days, she's definitely getting more charismatic.

I'll give the best performance to G-IDLE because the nightmare stage was really well done. Loving the theatrics!

i still dont f with g-idles whole ethnic hip thing but this nightmare thing they did is perfect?! why the hell would they do all that bullshittery when theyre literally made for angsty concepts? but this also shows that their group isnt really vocally talented tbh, miyeons belting is very weak

just finished watching the episode and idle's performance was IT for me.. it's my favourite b-track and the arrangement and commitment to the concept really sold it. fave parts were Miyeon's face and Soojin smearing her lipstick *_* this was such a treat for their fans!!

I used to be a Mamamoo stan in their early years but I got off the train to stan less successful groups (it is my destiny) but I Miss You was one of those songs that make me feel really emotional :'(

I wasn't into AOA Cream but that was such a refreshing performance after the heaviness of the first two, and Jimin's energy was great! I can't believe she did Puss in front of those cute ahjummas 🤣🤣
