BTS Roundup (Comeback/Interview, Mattel mini-dolls, Gus Van Sant)

In an interview with iHeartRadio discussing their recent collab with Lauv, RM confirmed BTS was working on their new album but stated that December's Jingle Ball was the "biggest event" they have left in 2019, possibly a hint that BTS's comeback would not be in the last part of 2019 as people have speculated but in early 2020 instead.

After collaborating with BTS before on BTS dolls, Mattel announced that they would be releasing new mini-dolls of BTS. BTS visited their new pop-up store to pose with big versions of their mini-dolls.

In an interview with i-D magazine, Hollywood director Gus Van Sant mentioned he wanted to photograph Jimin:

Gus Van Sant's interview

Is there one actor you wish you could have worked with? He’s not really an actor, but sometimes I see people that have a kind of peaceful thing about them that I like, and right now that person would be Jimin from BTS. I’d love to photograph him too, but maybe that’s something for the future?

Glad they seem to be taking their time with the album and not rushing it this time.
