Yoo Jae-suk's new TV show "Come Back Home" to premiere April 3

KBS2TV's new variety show "Come Back Home," hosted by comedian Yoo Jae-suk, is scheduled to air its first episode April 3.

In the show, celebrities will revisit their first homes in Seoul and meet people currently living there. This is Yoo's first show with KBS since the scrapping of "Happy Together" last year. "Happy Together" was the longest-running talk show among the three major broadcasters in Korea ― KBS, SBS and MBC ― and ran for 19 years.

Rapper Lee Young-ji and comedian Lee Yong-jin will co-host the show with Yoo. Actor Jo Byeong-kyu, who ascended to stardom in the popular TV series "Sky Castle" (2018-19) and "Uncanny Encounter" (2020-21), was initially set to appear as one of the hosts, but his appearances has been suspended due to a bullying scandal that surfaced recently. Jo was accused of bullying his classmate while attending a high school in New Zealand, but has denied the allegations.

The guests for the first episode are Hwasa and Wheein of K-pop girl group MAMAMOO. They will reminisce on their old days living in a rooftop house in Seoul, according to KBS2TV.

"The three hosts worked in perfect harmony," the network said in a statement Wednesday, after filming the episode on March 6. "MAMAMOO members also shared the problems they experienced."

"Come Back Home" will premiere at 10:30 p.m. (KST).
